Sculpture made from studio soundproofing

From Florida artist Onesock, who says: "Material is auralex, the sound dampening stuff found in recording studios. Its all clamped together, will sew later". As one commenter says: "Frank Gehry eat your heart out!". Onesock also does a great line in Cassette Tape Art.

Comments:
Thanks for the Flickr link.

While I'd never do that to a cassette *, cool sculpture. That and the Auralex.

(*When I think of all the blown-out 8-track tapes I used to see in the ditch--stuff like David Allen Coe, Percy Sledge, the Carpenters, Rudy Ray Moore--damn that'd have made a wailing wall of oxide . . .)
