Here is a great YouTube video of Dr David Deak's 'Acoustic Levitation Chamber'. Using three loudspeakers in a plexiglass cube, he can make little paper cups fly around and control them in three dimensions. He did the project while working for NASA in 1987, and is now an artist. Neat video. I wonder what relation this might have to Keely's engine work. It certainly shows that sound has power, and lends creedence to Keely's notion that the power within those waves is there to be harnessed.
Too funny. Very cool stuff. The one with the little object flying around the larger cup remined me of Pluto for some reason. "Hey guys, let me in! I'm still a planet!"

Well sound is caused by air pressure. That's basically how it works. It won't work for interstellar travel.
I didn't look at any of the other stuff related to that video, but all the floating objects look like they've probably got a lot of air in them... i doubt it'd float anything more solid. like very small stones. or witches.
