Vince Clarke's Synth Collection

Some very, very high-end synth porn here. It's Vince Clarke's synth collection - from endless giant modulars to his BBC Micro, still running UMI sequencing software. The pictures are from veteran producer Gareth Jones's site. (thanks Ben)

These bald blokes are relly gettin off in there eh? randy hardboys! blue flake baby. Synth pimps i say! Can anyone recommend any Vince Clarke works post Yaz???????? I mean 'cuz it's gotta at least sound neat, dunnit?

How 'bout "Breath of Life" + "A Little Respect" (ERASURE)? Yea they're grreat.

Erasure's "Chorus" album. One of the best analog pop records every made. No MIDI! And in 1990-something too! Total genius.

Chorus was all midi, the non-midi albums came later with "I Say" etc

Erasure is definitely IT post Yazoo... and Erasure's "Erasure" was amazing, as was "I Say, I Say, I Say" but you see the great thing about Erasure is Andy Bell's voice with Vicne Clarke's music is simply perfection...
