Thou Shalt Not Covet...

...But if thou really must, go here for a quick covet. Roth-Händle studios near Stockholm have an apparently limitless stock of old and interesting instruments - including one of the very few Yamaha GX-1s in existence. Zeppelin and ELP tribute bands need look no further in their quest for sonic accuracy. Plenty of studios would just buy a Mellotron and stop there. R-H studios will see your Mellotron and raise you a Chamberlin, an Orchestron, and even an Optigan - which played back samples direct from celluloid disks. Best of all, most of the pics are sepia-tinted for that authentic 'Vintage Tech-Porn ambience.

Comments:
Copy on the site almost makes it sound like he got the GX-1 free in exchange for the burdon of "keeping it out of a dusty warehouse." Lots of MPGs on the site but I could only hear them; does the video work for anyone else? And I don't like the sepiatone! Gotta see the colorful buttons!
