I'm liking the DSI Evolver. Are there any other monophonic analog/hybrids in the same price range I should be looking at?

ReplyDeleteWhen I got my Evolver, I almost immediately started trying to find something else as cool & characterful. There's not much out there. I did a piece on Boutique Synths for Engadget, but they're all expensive/extra weird/unavailable. The Electron monomachine fits into the expensive camp. After a lot of looking about, I ended up buying a Nord Modular G2, which is totally different but also very cool. The original NM is cute, and a bit of a bargain.
